When will it raise interest rates? What did that Governor mean by that comment?

Why did Fed Chair Powell omit that particular word this time? What about the changes in the dot plot? And on and on and on.

We’re not saying the U.S. central bank is not important, what with trillions of dollars at stake, and an unprecedented stimulus/backstop to extricate itself from.
